Hellbourne is an independent record of how Melbourne is changing. It follows infrastructure, transport, planning, development, and the places those projects touch. The pages are projects, suburbs, stations, lines, councils, and stories, and they point at each other.

A project or a line has one status, from a proposal through to something that is running, paused, cancelled, or never built. The graveyard collects what stopped. A project that was cancelled or never built stays on the site.

A number on a page names where it came from. A cost or a completion year is shown with its source and the date it was written down. A mistake is fixed on the page where it appears.

A tool may help find a document or draft a paragraph. It does not decide what is published. There is no public email address on this site yet.
