F18 freeway

A freeway in the 1969 Melbourne Transportation Plan, from the northern ring road at Greensborough to the Eastern Freeway, through Watsonia and Bulleen. It was not built. North East Link is a later road between the same two freeways, on a different alignment. No separate cost for the F18 is recorded here.
